Our Story
Big “T” or Tony Stonicher is a veteran turkey hunter in the great state of Alabama. More affectionately known as Big “T” or “Coach.” A 40 year veteran of coaching high school football in Alabama, Coach has a unique perspective on the art of Turkey Hunting!
The battle on the football field relates directly to the challenges we face every spring morning when the KING of the woods announces his presence. With this battle in mind, all our calls are named using “on the field” football terms! Some may seem a little off color, but hey so is the struggle!
After his retirement from Education, Coach and his family started the Big T brand. Coach is married to his wife Leah and has two sons, Benson and Max, and one daughter, Savannah. Five years of testing different reed combinations, components, and shapes lead us to what we think is a pretty good turkey call!
Turkeys are special and so are the warriors that hunt them. We feel a warrior deserves the best support we can give them, thus Big T’s calls!

All Big T Calls are made by hand, using only the best components we can find. All calls are tuned by the stretching and of tightening the frames 3 times during the build process. We use at least one proph reed in most calls.
